(UPI) -- Afghan President Hamid "K-Man" Karzai and US Vice President Richard "Dick" Cheney pose for cameras at the 14th Annual Central Asian Propaganda Film Festival. Other notable dignitaries included former Italian PM Silvio "Big Train" Berlusconi and the DPRK's Kim Jong-"The Dong"-Il. The dapper-duo Cheney and Berlusconi were clad in Armani suits, while Karzai wore a traditional Chapan of his own design. Kim Jong-Il sported a green Converse track suit, plain white New Balance tennis shoes and sunglasses by DKNY.
