The La Vega School District administrator's sent a letter home to the parents of a 4 year old boy claiming he had inappropriate sexual contact with a teacher's aide. Apparently, he put his face in the aide's breasts during a hug. Clearly, the next step for the 4 year old was a wild night of drinking and date raping sorority girls.
A.) Four year olds are incapable of sexual harassment.
B.) If you have been sexually harassed by a 4 year old you are an incompetent and deserve ridicule.
C.) If you are a school administrator that actually wrote a letter claiming a 4 year old sexually harassed an adult, you need to come to my house so I can show you what does and does not constitute sexual harassment.

without having read more on what actually happened, i would like to point out that innappropriate sexual conduct is not the same thing as sexual harassment.

What isn't said is that the 4 year old kid was most likely black and the teacher aid was probably white. That part of Waco is predominently black and Latino and I don't think there are many Latino dads named DaMarcus Blackwell.
Sounds to me like some young white teacher's aid has a deep-seated fear of black kids to the extent that some 4 year old kid scares her. Pathetic. Certainly can't be an experienced teacher of any sort. In fact, given what they pay teacher's aids at a public pre-K in a poor distrtrict like that I doubt there are any aids who stick around long enough to actually be experienced.
