I just got home to some more bad news, former Texas governor Ann Richards passed away tonight at the age of 73. Two female public servants in two days is rough. She will be sorely missed, our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of this Texas legend. I was going to say that she lost her fight with cancer, but I'm pretty sure she kicked cancer's ass just like she kicked the ass of everything else that got in her way. God bless her, may she rest in peace.
