No, I'm not referring to the British boy band. I see on Think Progress that the NSA warrantless wiretapping has been declared unconstitutional by the Federal District Court. This is a BIG DEAL; another blow to the Bush administration's Big Brother idealogy. . . until the appeal happens anyway.
