Karl Rove will be in town on August 19th to try and glue his Texas Republican Party back together again. He's got all the big Texas names there to honor him. I wonder if they'll present him the resolution they drafted for him that died in committee?
At any rate, it happens that a couple days before that, Rove will be in San Antonio to scrounge up some money for endangered Congressman Henry Bonilla. I find it hard to believe that Rove still has credibility. What is his appeal? Why do people want to pay thousands of dollars to shake his hand?
I don't know how to tie this into any significance, but the Texas Association of Counties is having their annual conference at that same location that week; it is scheduled to end Aug. 18.
Maybe someone can drop a bunch of ludes [http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=qualude] for you kids who haven't had the pleasure] in the TAC punch, and they'll be too fucked up to leave, thus preventing Rove from spreading his obviously drug-induced hypocrisy.
He still has appeal because he is still a kingmaker. Sure, the guys he gets elected turn out to be horrible at governing, but he has an impressive win record and that's what matters.
Trinity University's incoming freshman are expected to arrive on campus on Friday, 8/18. I've heard that Rove's son is a member of Trinity's class of 2010.
I wonder if Henry Bonilla will be helping Rove Jr. move into the dorm.
This man can get millions of americans to vote for an idiot, against thier best intrests...he's a sick genius.
Some people find Satan attractive. What're you gonna do.
