King then reminded the First Lady that her husband said the national anthem should only be sung in English. Later she said,
"I think it's ok for rich people to sing the anthem in any language, but I'd really prefer it if my housekeeping staff were to sing it to me in English whenever I demand it, it's just so cute they way they mispronounce 'amber waves of grain'." She then asked Lupe to put down her mop bucket and sing for the cameras. It was cute, actually.
