Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth are ranked number 9 and 11 in the rankings of cities with the most road rage incidents. We've driven in Houston and never seen so many fingers flying in our direction before. Must be the heat and humidity. In Dallas, everyone's too busy talking on their cell phone, drinking a latte and thinking about how in the hell they're gonna pay for all their crap to concentrate on driving so we think it's just distracted driving up there.

We do have some great Austin driving rage stories, but they are mostly about us and you slow bitches that don't know how to merge onto the MOPAC. Here's my plea: Please do not slow down or brake to merge onto a road. Thank you.
You shoulda replaced the flag with a middle finger...still pretty funny though.
Drivers in Dallas are assholes, not just distracted. Seriously - next time you drive up 45 from houston, notice how the traffic speeds up and gets harder to deal with the closer you get to Dallas.
I think that in Houston, they're just confused - i've never been lost so many times in my damn life as i have in houston. and my entire fuckin family lives there.
RockStar, I keep saying you need to come here more often. Anyway, I learned to control my termper about slow drivers -- the accelerator's the skinny one on the RIGHT dammit -- around Austin when I lived there. It was either that or have a massive coronary. I swear the traffic in Austin is worse than Houston.
Austin drivers make me fucking nuts. And it's not because I'm an impatient, road-raging driver from Houston. In San Antonio, Yield also means stop. In Houston, Yield means, Hurry your ass up or I will slam into you.
I'm not impressed. Come visit New Jersey. Then fucking go home.
That's our state motto.
XT
...same for those who come to a near stop before they turn, and drive 15 during rush hour, even with nothing in front of them.
Mike Jones...who?
Yes! Why does everyone slow down on the entrance ramps?!
On any given day you can find me in my little red car screaming at the top of my lungs "Merge damn you - MEEEEERGE!!!!!" deep breath. deep breath. turn up the radio volume and then get even angrier because the DJ is talking about American Idol - AGAIN. GRRRR.....
Did I mention I am from central Houston originally?
