Even the U.S. Capitol is not immune to the bitches at the power company cutting off the lights. We can't remember how many times we've come home to this rudeness. Then there's always the humiliation of standing in line at the HEB and making sure the payment gets posted and then having to call a representative that promises they'll turn the power back on before midnight. Ugh, I wonder how Dennis Hastert felt about having to make that call.
