Seeing how the primary elections are quickly approaching, I'd like to catch you guys up with the primary race in HD 146 in Houston, also known as the War of the 'Staches. Each candidate is different, as can be reflected by their distinguished styles of facial hair.
In one corner you have Mr. Al Edwards, the incumbent. Al opted for the ol' 'stache and soul patch, a look that, like Mr. Edwards himself, is rather outdated. Mr. Edwards' style closely approximates that of thong aficionado Sisqo, another out of date character who took up too much of America's time obsessing with "booty dancing". According to the facial hair gurus at AskMen.com, "you shouldn't don a triangular shaped goatee on your chin - a definite fashion faux pas."
Now Borris Miles, well he has a long career as a law enforcement officer. This is evidenced in his choice of moustache. He rocks the Magnum P.I./Tom Selleck look. All the more power to him, with that 'stache and a pair of aviators, he fills the image of a protecting force for the constituents of HD 146.
Al Bennett is more with the times. Bald, yet both strikingly athletic and alluring, Mr. Bennett could use his years of legal expertise to serve up a mighy helping of legislation with the agilty and class of Andre Agassi.
I hope the voters of HD 146 find this informative.

This is a lot like the "What are the Enron Defendants Wearing to Trial" article in the Houston Chronicle today. Tried to find the link, but couldn't. Too funny. What IS the preferred dress of accused white collar felons? "Dear Miss Manners: I'll be sitting at counsel table with my attorneys for the next four months for the trial over the largest corporate collapse in the free world. What do you suggest is an appropriate wardrobe?"
