While we here at PinkDome would like to credit Donna Howard's win to the ad hominem douchebag-blitz attack on Bentzin that we launched, a lot of other people have been giving credit to the mailers that went out in the weeks leading up to the special election.

Success has a thousand fathers.... People who never showed their face during Donna's campaign are leaping to take credit for her win. The Republicans are writing it all off to Bentzin being an idiot, as if Donna did nothing to cause this. Typical consultant claptrap. The truth? Donna ran a great campaign with a great message. Lots of factors contributed, but that's the straight scoop.
I still say it was the Douchebag blitz, I'm just sayin is all...
Those mailings are absolutely terrific. Being here in H-town, I did not see the mailers, nor did I pay attention to who designed them. Was it Rindy? Who?
