The federal government is pushing Texas to sign a waiver to expedite receipt of nutrition benefits to the state's neediest residents. In the existing program, applicants have to apply in person and can wait up to a week for approval. The federal government is offering to waive that requirement and allow approval for benefits through a phone application. For some unknown reason, Stephanie Goodman, a spokeswoman for the agency, said officials are reviewing the waiver request and have not decided if they will sign it.
So, while they have some bureacrats deciding whether or not to sign a stupid letter people in Texas that need help the most sit and wait. Nope folks, no reason to think the government doesn't work for the people in an efficient manner. No reason at all.
You are assuming they have heads. My assumption is that you would have to drop their drawers and bend them over to even come close to finding their heads.
Off with their heads!
