Time has an article about the White House distancing itself from Tom DeLay and letting folks know they never really cared for him in the first place. This quote stands out as a personality test. It's what Bush apparently thinks of Tom DeLay:

"They have always seen him as beneath them, more blue collar. He's seen as a useful servant, not someone you would want to vacation with."

Regardless that we all think Tom DeLay is an asshole, this mentality just goes to show what the President must think of the rest of us that have to work for a living. I mean if you think a member of Congress is a useful 'servant' then what must you think of the poor people across the country that elected your sorry ass?

Plus, the chummy picture here sure does say a lot about what a gossipy mean bitch you really are behind other people's backs.
